ORDERING METHODS:
You can place an order either on your own on our website: forfriendsstore.com, via Instagram @forfriendsofficial, or by calling our hotline: 0800-335-625 (free of charge from all mobile and landline phones in Ukraine), where our managers will help you place an order quickly.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS:
Delivery within Ukraine is carried out by "Nova Poshta" service.
You can pick up your package at the branch or order courier delivery directly to your door.
After the manager confirms and sends your order, you will receive an SMS notification with the waybill number. Using this number, you can track your order at any time on the official website of "Nova Poshta" to see when it will be delivered to the branch.
Free delivery by Nova Poshta is active for website purchases of 2000 UAH and more.
For website purchases under 2000 UAH, delivery is carried out according to "Nova Poshta" tariffs.
Important! The customer pays the cost of the goods, bank commission, as well as the "Nova Poshta" service fee for cash on delivery. The service cost is 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount.
Before paying for the order, please verify its contents: check that the color and size of the item are correct, and inspect the package integrity.
DELIVERY TIMES:
The delivery time for "Nova Poshta" courier service, depending on the region, is 1 to 3 business days from the moment of dispatch (after order confirmation).
EXCHANGE AND RETURN:
Within 14 days from the receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to return or exchange the goods.
Returns and exchanges are possible under the following conditions: the item has not been used; all tags and labels are preserved; there are no signs of wear: stains, foundation, animal hair, etc.
The return of goods is carried out through the "Nova Poshta" delivery service.
Refunds:
In the event that the transaction did not take place due to the buyer's fault (the package was not picked up, the buyer did not show up at the Nova Poshta branch, or other reasons), the company deducts the amount covering round-trip shipping by Nova Poshta, and returns the difference to the buyer.
In the event that the company made a mistake and sent the wrong item, the company covers the shipping costs.
In case of an exchange, please contact the manager by phone to clarify the procedure (the customer pays for the delivery services).
PAYMENT
ONLINE PAYMENT (VISA / MASTERCARD):
Online payment for the order with a Visa or MasterCard bank card via the WayforPay system.
Important! With this payment method, the delivery of goods is possible only after payment confirmation.
CASH ON DELIVERY:
Payment by cash on delivery is carried out at the "Nova Poshta" branch. You can pay in cash or by bank card.
Important! A "Nova Poshta" commission of 20 UAH + 2% of the order amount is charged for returning funds.
If for any reason the order does not suit you, refuse to receive the package and do not pay for it. If the size or style did not fit, please contact the manager by phone to exchange for another item!
